Ministries

Nurseries Concerned, well-staffed nurseries for infants to 3 years old are provided for.

Sunday Schools Sunday School classes are available for all ages, from 2 years old to adults. Each class teaches Bible doctrine and principles in a manner appropriate to each age level.

Barnabas Fellowship Throughout the year we provide special activities that provide a social atmosphere for fellowship conductive to spiritual growth. These include couples retreats, men's and women's retreats, gym nights, and men's prayer time.

College and Career The College and Career Ministry of Friendship Baptist Church is designed to meet the needs of single, young adults who have graduated from high school. We desire to nurture friendships within the group, and to help them see and meet the needs of others. We meet frequently for fellowship and spiritual encouragement. Each young person is encouraged to be pursuing a close walk with the Lord and to be actively serving the Lord through ministry. Throughout the year, we participate in group ministries, allowing for opportunities to plan and work together. We strive to provide Biblical counseling and direction pertinent to the needs of young people in this age group.

Bible Quizzing Bible Quizzing is designed to help children memorize large portions of scripture through games, object lessons, drills, and, best of all, team Bible Quizzing using electronic sensor seat pads.

Teen Connection Teen Connection is a fast-paced, exciting program designed to build leadership and mentor young people into the image of Christ. The youth meet during Sunday School and on Wednesday evenings for ice breakers, planning, and teaching pertinent life issues from a biblical perspective

Netcasters Netcasters is a 13 week training program to equip the Christian worker to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ clearly and effectively, so that the "Great Commission" would be fulfilled and souls would be won to Christ.

Nursing Home We provide Sunday services for Silver Pines Assisted Living & Retirement Community.

Choirs Music is an integral part of our ministry at Friendship Baptist Church. There are many areas in which to participate. In addition to our choirs, offertories and specials give opportunity for service.

Bookstore Endeavoring to provide material that is biblically sound and practical, our church was burdened to start a bookstore. The literature and music are consistent with the church's philosophy.
